For website headers

Your logo, animated in your site's header

The header is the one mark every visitor sees. A dot-matrix logo that animates on load turns a static navbar into a small moment of motion — and it stays sharp on any display.

How it works

  1. 01

    Upload your logo

Drop in a PNG or SVG. LogoAnimator samples it into a dot-matrix model right in the browser.

  2. 02

    Pick a motion

Choose a subtle on-load animation and tune density, speed, and color so it reads well small, at header size.

  3. 03

    Embed the SVG

Share from the editor to get a hosted animated SVG — drop it straight into your header markup, no build step.

Why animate the header logo?

A website header is prime real estate: it’s above the fold on every page and it’s where visitors look to confirm where they are. A logo that animates briefly on load draws the eye without a banner or a popup, and a dot-matrix render keeps the effect light — it’s an <img> or inline SVG, not a video player or a heavy JavaScript widget.

Keep it subtle

Header animation works best when it’s a one-shot reveal, not a constant loop that competes with your content. Lower density and a gentle speed read cleanly at the ~24–40px a navbar mark usually occupies. LogoAnimator respects prefers-reduced-motion, so visitors who opt out of motion see a clean static frame.

Formats

The hosted SVG scales to any header height without re-exporting and works in a plain image tag. Prefer a raster file? Pro exports the same animation as GIF or MP4 for headers built in tools that don’t accept SVG.

Free vs Pro

This one’s free: README embeds, loading spinners, and animated favicons are all available on the Free plan with a small watermark. Pro removes the watermark and includes a commercial-use license for your exports.

Bring your logo to life
