Animate any logo

Your logo, animated online in seconds

Upload a logo and watch it turn into a living dot-matrix display right in the browser. No design software, no rendering queue — just an image in, an animation out.

Live on a real site header.

Rendering live, right now — not a video.

How it works

  1. 01

    Upload your logo

Drop in a PNG or SVG. LogoAnimator samples it into a dot-matrix model right in the browser — nothing uploads to a server.

  2. 02

    Pick a motion

Choose from dozens of animations — swipes, ripples, spirals, shimmers — and tune density, speed, and color live.

  3. 03

    Export or copy

Download an animated SVG or GIF, or copy a ready-to-paste embed snippet for your README, site, or loading screen.

What is an animated logo, exactly?

An animated logo is your existing mark — the same PNG or SVG you already use — redrawn as a sequence of frames instead of a single static image. LogoAnimator's specific take is a dot-matrix display: your logo gets sampled into a grid of dots, and the animation moves those dots (sweeping in, rippling, spiraling, pulsing) rather than crossfading pixels. The result reads like a departure-board sign or an old LED display playing your brand mark, which is a distinct enough look that it tends to stand out next to the static logos most sites still ship.

Where an animated logo actually helps

The honest answer is: anywhere a visitor's eye lands first and currently sees nothing move. That's a favicon sitting in a browser tab, a loading screen with a generic spinner, a GitHub README's hero image, or a Slack workspace's emoji picker. Static logos work fine in all of these spots — an animated one just gets noticed. LogoAnimator ships dedicated presets for each of those (see animated favicon, loading spinner, and GitHub README), so this page is really the front door — pick a motion here, then jump to the preset that matches where you're placing it.

Supported formats: SVG, GIF, and a copy-paste snippet

Every animation exports as a lightweight animated SVG by default — vector, crisp at any size, and small enough to embed inline. For spots that need a raster loop (Slack emoji, email signatures, social banners) LogoAnimator renders a tuned GIF instead, sized and compressed for that destination's constraints. If you just want the motion on your own site without hosting a file, the export panel also hands you a copy-paste snippet that recreates the animation from your logo's sampled data.

Free vs Pro, in one line

The SVG-based exports — README embeds, spinners, and favicons — are free with a small watermark. GIF-based exports (Slack/Discord emoji, email signatures, social banners) and watermark-free SVGs are a Pro feature. Either way, you see the exact animation live before exporting anything — no surprises after you pay.

Free vs Pro

This one’s free: README embeds, loading spinners, and animated favicons are all available on the Free plan with a small watermark. Pro removes the watermark and includes a commercial-use license for your exports.
